The Kenai Peninsula Borough Office of Emergency Management (OEM) would like the assistance of property owners to identify damage to personal property resulting from the recent storm surge in the Seward / Lowell Point area.  Private property owners who have damages relating to this event are encouraged to complete the following form.  Property owners are also encouraged to take pictures of all damaged property, structures, contents, and damaged private roads before repairs, or before property is disposed of.
