Late File and Supplemental Forms

LATE FILE WAIVERS -- If you are filing for exemption after the due date, a waiver or affidavit explaining why your application is late must be submitted along with the exemption application.

	LATE FILE WAIVER FOR $20K or DISABLED RESIDENT
	LATE FILE AFFIDAVIT FOR SENIOR OR DISABLED VETERAN

SUPPLEMENTAL FORMS - If you have been absent from the borough and are filing for a residential exemption, a supplemental form regarding the absence may be required.

Personal and Business Property Statements:

Personal and Business Property Statements are due February 15th of each year.
