SUBJECT: Deleting the Assistant Assessor and Establishing a Lead Appraiser in the Assessing Department

This resolution will delete the assistant assessor (deputy director) for the assessing department in exchange for an appraisal leader. This change will result in less administrative overhead and a more focused, efficient, and coordinated field appraisal effort. A minimum of $13,350 in salary and benefits will be saved with this change.
