Subject: Classifying Borough Land Located in the Tote Road Area, Murwood Subdivision Area, and the Cooper Landing Area

Pursuant to KPB Code of Ordinances, Chapter 17.10.080 classification provides direction on how the Borough should manage its land. Borough land classified appropriately for disposal is deposited into the Land Bank and may be then offered for sale at a later date.

Pursuant to KPB Chapter 17.10.080 public notice was published and notification was sent by regular mail to all owners and/or leaseholders of record within a one-half mile radius of the parcels proposed for classification. Notice was also sent to all KPB agencies. The notice consists of a cover letter, map, and list of land classification definitions.

The Planning Commission held a public hearing May 22, 2000 for the parcels to be classified and made the following recommendations:
