SUBJECT: Resolution Awarding Contracts for Limited Liability Reports
A request for bids was advertised in the three local newspapers on May 18, 2000. Bids were received on June 2, 2000 from title agencies for the preparation of title reports referred to as limited liability reports. These reports are needed to foreclose upon real property in the Kenai, Homer/Seldovia, Seward, Anchorage, and Iliamna recording districts.
