SUBJECT: Resolution 2000-034. Revised rules and regulations for road service area

The road service area (RSA) board on April 11, 2000, passed a motion recommending to the mayor and assembly the adoption of the attached Rules and Regulations for the Operation of the Kenai Peninsula Borough Road Service Area.

As explained in the attached memorandum from the legal department dated April 3, 2000, the RSA board's current rules and regulations are outdated and are not comprehensive. The legal department memorandum provides background and a brief sectional analysis of the updated rules and regulations.
