SUBJECT: Resolution for Award of a Tanker Pumper for Nikiski Fire Service Area

At the March 21, 2000, assembly meeting, Resolution 2000-17 was removed from the agenda pending the outcome of a bid protest. The time to appeal the mayor's decision regarding the bid protest has expired. Therefore, Resolution 2000-17 is being resubmitted for the assembly's consideration.

Attached for your information is the supporting memorandum from the administration which was submitted at the last meeting.
