SUBJECT: An Ordinance Authorizing the Sale of Ten Parcels of Borough Land by Sealed Bid
The Kenai Peninsula Borough (KPB) has held a sealed bid land sale every year since 1995. This year's sealed bid land sale includes ten (10) parcels. Attached are the vicinity maps for the subject parcels. Attachment "A" of the ordinance lists the Assessor parcel number, legal description, classification, and minimum bid for each parcel. All parcels except the two Tote View Subdivision tracts have been offered in previous sealed bids.
Brochures will be available August 18, 2000 delineating the parcels and explaining the sealed bid process and procedures. All parcels will have the front property corners marked and for sale signs posted. The bid opening date will be September 19, 2000.
