SUBJECT: Ordinance 2000-19-11 authorizing the acquisition of Lots 48 and 49 in Nikolaevsk

Upon further review of the funds available in the Anchor Point Fire and Emergency Medical Service Area, the finance department has determined that an appropriation of $11,300 is not needed in order to pay for the proposed property described in Ordinance 2000-19-11. Accordingly, the administration requests that this ordinance be amended by deleting Section 3 and renumbering Sections 4 and 5 accordingly. Your consideration of this amendment would be appreciated.
