SUBJECT: Ordinance 2000-31: ACMP Grant for Fiscal Year 2001

The Department of Community and Economic Development has awarded the Borough $69,074 to carry out Coastal Management Program tasks and permit reviews. Ordinance 2000-31 accepts and appropriates the grant funding. The Mayor is authorized to sign the Grant Agreement to effectuate the ordinance. The grant will be appropriated to the following accounts:

The grant will require a local match of $20,722. Sufficient local funds to meet this match requirement are included in the FY2001 approved budget. The grant agreement takes effect subject to acceptance by the KPB Borough Assembly.
