Subject: Ordinance 2000-15, Central Peninsula Hospital Bathroom Remodel Project

The attached ordinance requests assembly approval of a Central Peninsula Hospital Bathroom Remodel project and appropriates the necessary funding from the hospital Plant Expansion and Replacement Fund. Under the terms of the lease and operating agreement, assembly approval is required for all capital improvement projects in excess of $100,000. In addition, it is the policy of the borough to appropriate such projects to the Central Peninsula Hospital Capital Improvement Fund.

The Central Peninsula Hospital, Inc. Board President presented the project to the Central Peninsula Hospital Service Area Board which approved the project at their February 16, 2000 meeting.
