SUBJECT: ORDINANCE 2000-04, AMENDING APPENDIX A TO KPB 14.06, "ROAD CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS"

The Road Service Area (RSA) board on January 11, 2000 passed a motion recommending assembly adoption of Ordinance 2000-04 , amending Appendix A to KPB 14.06, "Road Construction Standards."

Attached are the ordinance, the proposed revisions to the road construction standards, and a sectional analysis of the proposed revisions prepared by the legal department.
