SUBJECT: Resolution: 2005-107 A RESOLUTION DELETING THE ASSISTANT TO THE MAYOR AND ESTABLISHING A CHIEF OF STAFF IN THE OFFICE OF THE MAYOR

This proposed change better reflects my plans for the Mayor's primary assistant. I will be personally very involved in local , state, and federal issues affecting the borough as well as in contacts with our citizens. A Chief of Staff who can manage the day to day functions of the borough in my absence as well as make policy decisions based on the thorough understanding of my positions, will lead to a more coherent, consistent and efficient management of borough administration.
