2004 Capital Improvement Projects Group A
The Kenai Peninsula Borough solicited and opened bids for the following road capital improvement projects on May 27,2004. The invitations to bid were advertised in the Peninsula Clarion May 13, and 16, 2004, and Homer News May 13 and 20, 2004. Each project was bid separately. The low responsive bid on each project, as listed below.
