The Kenai Peninsula Borough solicited and opened bids for the following road capital improvement projects on May 1, 2003. The invitations to bid were advertised in the Peninsula Clarion April 16, 18, and 21, 2003, and in the Seward Phoenix Log and Homer News April 16 and 24, 2003. Each project was bid separately. The low responsive bid on each project, as listed below, comprises the base bid.
