SUBJECT: Resolution 2002-114, supporting construction of Jacobs Ladder Drive

The attached resolution supports the construction of Jacobs Ladder Drive as a borough road construction project under KPB 16.41.190. A companion resolution (2002-113) seeking grant funding from Alaska State Parks is also in this packet. The road service area board (RSA) has considered this project at several RSA meetings, most recently in August wherein they decided to request the grant application be made. A final report reflecting the board's actions at its August meeting will be submitted to the RSA board at its regularly scheduled meeting on September 10, 2002. That report will be submitted to the assembly at its September 17, 2002 meeting.
