The Finance Department on Behalf of the Risk Management Office Solicited Proposals for Leasing Office Space. Four Proposals Were Received. The Proposals Were Evaluated on Location, Building Appearance and Condition, Office Layout, Special Features, Parking and Cost. The Red Diamond Center Was the Highest Scoring Proposer with a Total of 219 Points.
The Attached Resolution 2002-045 Requests Award of an Office Space Lease for a Monthly Rate of $1,285.00. Funds for this Expenditure Are Available in Account 700.11234.43810.
