SUBJECT: A Resolution Supporting the Subdivision of Approximately 860 Acres of Land in the Point Possession Area

We would like to move forward with subdividing a portion of Borough-owned land in the Point Possession area. Initially, the property would be surveyed. The subdivision would consist of 22-28 large acreage lots.

The North Road Extension will be constructed prior to the Point Possession Subdivision being completed, but we do not believe the road will reach the new subdivision.

We anticipate including the Point Possession Subdivision in the fall land sale.
