SUBJECT: Resolution for Award - Bulldozer, Homer Baling Facility

The Finance Department solicited and received bids for this project. The Invitation to Bid was advertised in the Peninsula Clarion and Anchorage Daily News.

The lowest cost qualified and responsive bidder was Craig Taylor Equipment with a bid in the amount of Two Hundred Forty Five Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Five Dollars and No Cents ($245,925.00).

The low bid submitted by Airport Equipment Rentals did not meet the equipment specifications as required.

Funds are available in the Equipment Replacement Fund account 705-18420.
