SUBJECT: Resolution Awarding Contracts for Limited Liability Reports
A request for bids was advertised in the Peninsula Clarion, Homer News, and Seward Phoenix Log on November 29, 2001 and bid packets were mailed to six local firms. Bids were received on December 13, 2001 from title agencies for the preparation of title reports referred to as limited liability reports. These reports are needed to foreclose upon real property in the Kenai, Homer/Seldovia, Seward, and Anchorage recording districts.

First American Title of Alaska - Seward Branch for the Seward Recording District at $74.00 per report.
