Resolution for 1999 Property Tax Foreclosure List
A request for bids was advertised on January 5, 1999 in the Peninsula Clarion and bids
were solicited from borough newspapers for the printing of the 1999 tax foreclosure list
and delinquent personal property and delinquent real property lease lists. The only
respondent was the Peninsula Clarion. I recommend that we accept the
Clarion's bid of $70.40 per computer-generated page for the tax foreclosure list and
$19.10 per computer-generated page for the delinquency lists. These prices have remained
the same as last year.
The contract price will be based on the final count of computer-generated pages
submitted for publication, estimated to be 375-400 pages for the property tax foreclosure
list and 80-90 pages for the delinquency lists. The actual cost will be finalized later in
the month.
