SUBJECT: Ordinance 2004-10, establishing the Nikiski Law Enforcement Service Area

This ordinance is introduced following numerous public meetings in the Nikiski area where people expressed a strong interest in establishing a local law enforcement presence. A working group was created within the Nikiski Community Council, and that group unanimously vote to proceed with the ordinance dealing with the establishment of the Nikiski Law Enforcement Service Area.
