SUBJECT: Ordinance 2004-05, board of equalization procedures

The administration respectfully requests that the assembly postpone further consideration of this ordinance until September 7, 2004. A board of equalization hearing is presently scheduled for August 18, 2004, and we believe it would be prudent to postpone consideration of this ordinance until after that hearing has been completed.
