This memorandum is to advise you that I intend to present for your consideration an amendment to Ordinance 2003-41 (mayor's substitute) at the December 16, 2003 assembly meeting. I am in the process of working with the administration and the public, including the senior citizens in Cooper Landing, in an attempt to develop mutually agreeable terms and conditions for the proposed sale to the Cooper Landing Senior Citizen Corporation, Inc.
