SUBJECT: Ordinance 2003-19-16: ACMP Grant for Fiscal Year 2004

The Department of Community and Economic Development has awarded the Borough $39,020 to carry out Coastal Management Program tasks and permit reviews. This ordinance accepts and appropriates the grant funding and authorizes the mayor to sign the Grant Agreement to effectuate the ordinance. The Finance Department staff has verified the information provided below. The grant will be appropriated to the following accounts:
