SUBJECT: Ordinance 2002-19_____: ACMP Grant for Fiscal Year 2003

The Department of Community and Economic Development has awarded the Borough $74,310 to carry out Coastal Management Program tasks and permit reviews. This ordinance accepts and appropriates the grant funding and authorizes the mayor to sign the Grant Agreement to effectuate the ordinance. The legal and finance departments have verified the information contained in the ordinance and provided below. The grant will be appropriated to the following accounts:
