SUBJECT: Ordinance 2002-14, concentrated animal feeding operations

In order to conform KPB 21.28.010 to the substitute ordinance, which extended the CAFO regulation to other animals in addition to swine, the following technical amendment should be made:

The word "swine" in proposed KPB 21.28.010(A)(2) should be changed to "animal unit."
