1999 Runoff Election
Pursuant to KPB 4.10.070(A) a runoff election is required for the office of borough mayor. An emergency ordinance appropriating funds is necessary to conduct the October 26, 1999 Runoff Election.
A budget of $41,000 has been recommended by the borough clerk. Funds will be appropriated from the General Fund Balance as outlined below:
