Subject: Ordinance 99-27, Appropriating Funds For Fiscal Year 1999-2000

Ordinance 99-27 appropriates the money necessary to fund the borough's annual budget for fiscal year 1999-2000. The amounts contained in the ordinance correspond with those appearing in the fiscal year 1999-2000 Kenai Peninsula budget as presented to the assembly on May 4, 1999.

The ordinance includes the local funding and in-kind services necessary to support the 1999-2000 school district budget. That amount of that appropriation corresponds with the school district proposed budget presented to the assembly on April 20, 1999.

Public hearings on May 18, 1999 and on June 1, 1999 are requested.
