An Ordinance Authorizing the Sale of Three Additional Lots in the Ongoing Gray Cliff and Moose Point Subdivision Over-the-Counter Land SaleLots 292, 293 and 295 Moose Point Subdivision have been reserved for solid waste
purposes as part of the original subdivision design. The Borough now uses drop box sites
to transport solid waste to the central peninsula facility. The Solid Waste Department has
determined that Lots 292, 293 and 295 are no longer needed for solid waste purposes.
A resolution to reclassify Lots 292, 293, and 295 to rural for the purpose of adding them to the Gray Cliff and Moose Point Subdivision over-the-counter land sale will be introduced at the March 2, 1999 Assembly meeting. The subject ordinance also authorizes the additional of Lots 292, 293 and 295 Moose Point Subdivision to the over-the-counter land sale.
